Brevard Street Stakeholder Group

The Planning Department held four Stakeholder Group meetings between June and August of 2009 to provide input on a proposed draft text amendment to implement the recently adopted Brevard Street Land Use and Urban Design Plan. Several modifications to the text amendment were made as a result of these meetings.
The proposed text amendment has been filed and a public hearing will be held on December 21, 2009. The Zoning Committee of the Planning Commission will make a recommendation on the proposed text amendment at their January 4, 2009 meeting.
