NCDT REACH! - NCDT Reach is a dance program through the North Carolina Dance Theatre, offers classes in ballet and world dance forms, including dance attire and tickets to NC Dance Theatre performances, free of charge, for children ages 8-10. Auditions for the program starting in the fall of will be held in August with classes beginning in September. This program is a partnership with the NC Dance Theatre and Mecklenburg County Park and Recreation Department and made possible by a grant from the Women's Impact Fund. Classes that began in the fall of 2009 are currently being offered at the following recreation centers: Albemarle Road, Bette Rae Thomas, Greenville and Naomi Drenan.
