Animal Care & Control Officers are charged with the responsibility of enforcing all city, county and state laws pertaining to the welfare and control of animals.
 

Enforcement activities include investigating and prosecuting animal cruelty and neglect cases, investigating potentially dangerous dogs and enforcing leash law violations.
